1950s Stylecraft Wicker Box Handbag with Lucite Handles

A beautifully preserved vintage Stylecraft of Miami handbag, likely dating to the late 1950s to early 1960s. The bag features a structured honey-brown wicker body with softly rounded corners, marbled tortoiseshell-tone Lucite handles, and coordinating Lucite trim around the opening.

Decorative faux-leather panels run vertically along the exterior and are accented with antique gold-tone chains and sculptural metal hardware. The hinged frame opens to reveal a patterned fabric interior with a zippered pocket and original Stylecraft label. The structured box shape and polished hardware give it the look of a classic mid-century travel or resort handbag.
